Sueba launches Internet presence

HOUSTON, Texas -- August 1, 2000 -- Sueba today launched its Internet presence at www.suebausa.com.

The website, designed by Houston-based Insync Internet Services, will provide the initial Internet offering of the Sueba group of companies, a Houston-based real estate development firm.

The site will initially provide an overview of the full range of services provided by the different Sueba entities, including Sueba USA Corp., Sueba Consulting, Sueba Commercial Realty, Sueba Construction, Southhampton Management, and Tropical Landscape Services.

Future plans call for the development of links to the separate sites for each entity, as well as for each of the projects developed by Sueba. The greatest impact will probably be for current and potential residents of the multi-family projects developed by Sueba and professionally managed by Southhampton Management. The individual community sites will offer wide-ranging information on each property, including floor plans, amenities, resident services, area information, maps, and even virtual tours. Other features are being kept under wraps until the sites are actually launched.

Based in Houston, Sueba USA Corp. is part of the SUEBA group of companies, established leaders in the acquisition development, construction and management of residential and commercial real estate. Sueba is a subsidiary of Süba Bau AG, one of the largest residential builders in Germany.
